Saturday, April 9: Bread and Tulips (2000)

Rosalba, a young housewife accidentally abandoned at a tour stop by her husband and sons, hitchhikes her way to adventure in Venice.

Saturday, April 16: Vincere (2009)

Actors: Giovanna Mezzogiorno, Filippo Timi and Fausto Russo Alesi
A compelling drama based on the little known story of Benito Mussolini's first wife. Ida Dalsar and Mussolini begin their liaison in 1914; she is a well-to-do beauty salon owner and he is an impoverished young Socialist and union activist. When Ida sells all her possessions to fund her lover's new newspaper, the rise of Fascism is set into play.

When an African dictator jails her husband, Shandurai goes into exile in Italy, keeping house for an eccentric English composer. When he falls in love and offers her the moon, she pleads for her husband's freedom instead.

Saturday, April 30: Io Sono L'Amore (2009)

Actors: Tilda Swinton, Flavio Parenti and Edoardo Gabbriellini
A tragic love story set at the turn of the millennium in Milan. The film follows the fall of the haute bourgeoisie due to the forces of passion and unconditional love.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for pizza, wine, and desert.
