Refunds for class enrollments are available if requests are received three days before the first class meeting. Refunds may be arranged by telephone (408-864-4060) or emailed to joan at westernciv dot com or FAXED to the Institute at 408- 864-4064. There will be a $25.00 processing fee for all class refunds.
There are no refunds available for individual lectures.
